Athlete of the Week October 31st - November 6th

Carter Allen, senior - Football

Carter Allen is this week's SCPS Athlete of the Week! Carter rushed for 140 yards, and two touchdowns on 27 carries against Country Day last week.

Carter has been playing football for 12 years and says his favorite memory is beating Aquinas in overtime earlier this year. Carter says his goal for this season is to be the best leader he can be for the team and says his favorite thing about being a Raider is the emphasis the school and coaches put on having a relationship with God.

When asked what it means to be named Athlete of the Week, Carter said, "It makes me proud because my hard work and dedication has been recognized by the school. I also could not have had the game I had without my offensive line."
