Savannah's Hal "Bear" Dollander parred the 36th and final hole of the Georgia Southern Junior Classic on January 29 to win the Boys 14-15 age group in a tournament played at the Georgia Southern Golf Course in Statesboro.

Dollander carded scores of 75-91 to finish the tournament at 22-over par, one stroke ahead of Savannah Christian freshman Elliott Oliver. After the first round, Dollander carried a two-stroke lead over Oliver, but difficult weather conditions led to much higher scoring during the final round.
