Savannah's Morris Lane, a senior at St. Andrew's School, posted a score of 2-under par 70 at the Brickyard Golf Club in Macon, Ga., to finish T4 at the Georgia Indpendent Athletic Association Class AAA state golf championship played on April 26.

Lane, who has been a standout junior golfer for several years and plans to play collegiately at the Savannah College of Art & Design, was one of seven players who finished under par and earned Class AAA All State honors for his performance. He was seven strokes behind the Brookwood's School's Mason Howell, the 2025 United States Amateur champion.

Lane, who qualified to compete in the GIAA state tournament all four years of his high school golf career, also finished T2 at the region tournament with a score of 2-under par 70.
