GUYTON, GA — The best of the best in the Savannah Area high school softball will take the field Wednesday night, Novemer 5, 2025, as the Savannah Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) hosts its 2nd Annual Fastpitch Softball All-Star Game at South Effingham High School.
The celebration of faith, fellowship, and fastpitch begins with a Home Run Derby at 5:30 p.m., followed by the All-Star Game at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free for local club players wearing their jerseys, and fans can purchase online tickets using the QR code on event flyers. Concessions will be open, a 50/50 raffle will be held, and a youth meet-and-greet will follow the game.
The game will feature two teams — one coached by the Richmond Hill High School staff and the other by the Southeast Bulloch staff — showcasing 30 of the area’s top players from schools across the Savannah area and surrounding counties.
The FCA is grateful to South Effingham Hihg School head coach Adam Newland for hosting this year’s event. Newland has been a strong supporter of the FCA All-Star Game since its start and has played a major role in helping the event grow into one of the area’s top year-end showcases for high school softball.

The annual FCA All-Star event highlights the top high school softball players from across the 912 area code, providing a fun and competitive setting to cap off the fall season. Players from seven area schools will unite for one night to showcase their skills, teamwork, and community spirit under the lights at South Effingham.
The 2nd Annual Savannah Area FCA Fastpitch Softball All-Star Game continues a growing local tradition of celebrating athletic excellence and leadership both on and off the field.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early for the Home Run Derby and enjoy an evening of high-level softball competition at South Effingham High School on Wednesday, November 5.
