Jones, Joyner lead long list of area hoopers recognized by College Hoops Connect Report

Benedictine MIlitary School senior Caleb Jones and Savannah High School senior Maki Joyner were both inlcuded in the top 10 of the South Georgia Top 50 produced by Collge Hoops Connect Report.

Jones has averaged 21 points per game during his career at BC, including 28 points per game during his junior season when he led the Cadets the GHSA Class AAAA Final Four. He scored more than 30  points 10 times during the season, including a career high of 40 points against Islands High School.

Savannah High's Joyner has averaged 13 points and five rebounds per game during his career as a Blue Jacket, including 16.5 points and seven rebounds per game during his junior season. Joyner led the Blue Jackets  to a 22-9 record and the GHSA Class A Division 1 Final Four in 2023-24.
