St. Vincent's Academy announced last week’s Southern Motors Athlete of the Week, Reagan Tate!
Reagan was an absolute powerhouse throughout the three-day GIAA State Clay Target Shooting Competition last weekend! She delivered an outstanding performance, earning 3rd Place in Skeet, 3rd Place in Trap, and 5th Place in Sporting, culminating in an impressive 3rd Place High Overall (HOA) finish. This is a phenomenal accomplishment and a testament to her talent, hard work, and competitive spirit. Her final stats were 91/100 in Skeet, 84/100 in Trap, 64/100 in Sporting and her High Overall was 239/300!
Reagan exemplified what it means to be a true teammate. She gave her all in every event while consistently offering encouragement, support, and assistance to her fellow teammates throughout the competition. Her willingness to lift up those around her made an impact that extended well beyond the scoreboards. Reagan’s discipline, determination, sportsmanship, and dedication to the SVA Sport Shooting Program set an exceptional standard. She represents the very best of what we hope to see in every SVA student and athlete.” - Jeremy Walker, Sport Shooting Coach
Congratulations to Reagan on a standout performance and a well-deserved honor!
