Savannah's Miller T51 after first round of US Girls Junior

Savannah's Mary Miller, a member of Savannah Christian Preparatory School's Class of 2024, carded a 2-over 73 and T51 after the first round of the US Girls Junior Amateur Championship being played July 15-20 at El Caballero Country Club in Tarzana, California.

The US Girls Junior Amateur is the most prestigious junior tournament in the world, and the top 64 players will advance to match play following the second round of medal play. Miller carded three birdies, three bogeys and a double bogey during her first round.
