Hartley selected for GSGA Junior Tour Cup

Pooler's Caden Hartley, a sophmore at Savannah Country Day School, has been selected to play for the South team in the Georgia State Golf Association Junior Tour Cup being contested at Augusta Country Club October 8-9.

Hartley won two GSGA Junior Tour events in 2023 in the Boys 15-18 age group, capturing victories at Richmond HIll Golf Club in May and The Club at Savannah Harbor in June. He also finihsed T17 at the GSGA Tour Championship played July 24-26 at Green Island Country Club in Columbus, Ga.

ELIGIBILITY: This event is open to members of the GSGA Junior Tour who receive an invitation ONLY. Juniors must have competed in a minimum of four (4) ranked tournaments to be eligible and can earn an invitation through the GSGA Junior Tour Rankings.

The GSGA Junior Tour Cup is an annual team match play competition featuring the top 12 (8 male/4 female) junior golfers from the North versus their counterparts from the South. Matches include four-ball, foursomes and singles, and scoring is based on a point system with 24 total points available over the two days of competition.
