(SAVANNAH, GA) For the first time in Memorial Day School basketball program history, two foreign exchange Matador basketball student-athletes signed a scholarship offer on the same day on May 23, 2024, to continue their education and basketball experience at the next level. That makes three exchange students in two years for the Matadors basketball program. The celebration took place in the MATADOME on the campus of Memorial Day School in front of teammates, coaches, friends, and family.

Matas Aidietas (Lithuania) committed to play at Abraham Baldwin (Tifton, GA.), while teammate Alex Halenar (Slovakia) committed to play at Coastal Georgia College in Brunswick, GA.
