Play Ball! GHSA & GISA baseball playoffs begin this week.

This week, local teams will be stepping up to the plate in state baseball playoff games. The Georgia High School Association and Georgia Independent Schools Association baseball playoffs begin this week. The championships for GISA AAA will be held on May 13-14 at historic Grayson Stadium in Savannah. 

The GHSA championships will be in four locations starting May 19, 2022. Sites are:

  • Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves.
  • Coolray Park is home to the Gwinnett Stripers.
  • Truist Park in Rome, GA home of the Rome Braves.
  • JI Clements Field is home to the Georgia Southern Eagles.
