Six Cadets Sign Division I Football Letters as Benedictine Prepares for State Semifinal

Congratulations to six Benedictine Military School Cadets who signed National Letters of Intent to play NCAA Division I football today: Stephen Cannon (Texas Tech), Kam Cody (Clemson), Chris “Bubba” Frazier (Notre Dame), LaDamion Guyton (Texas Tech), Carlton “Caiou” Hall (Liberty), and Micah Williams (Appalachian State).

The signing ceremony was held at 3:30 p.m. in the BC Gym and covered by the Savannah Morning News, WJCL, WTOC, and WSAV. The Cadets were reminded that a playoff game was also in play, per Benedictine Military School's Head Football Coach Danny Britt.

“I told them we’ll celebrate their accomplishments and their signings until 4:15 p.m. today,” said Britt. “That’s when we turn our minds back to be focused beating Marist in the state semifinals on Friday night."

Benedictine football returns to action Friday night in the GHSA state semifinals.
