10th Annual BC Adidas Golf Invitational - Hornets Sting Low Score Cadets Chip 2nd

At the Savannah Golf Club, the Benedictine Military School golf team held its 10th annual BC Adidas Invitational outing on Monday, April 4, 2022. Twelve teams took part in the invitational.
 
On a tough day to play golf on the course, the Savannah Country School team shot a low team score of 318 and claimed the 2022 BC Adidas Invitational title. Chipping a second place  was the host's school, Benedictine's "A" team, with a score of 333, in third were the Tigers of Metter High School at 344, the fourth spot went to Hilton Head High School 345, and in fifth was the Veritas School at 353.

Benedicitine Golf Team 

Savannah Country Day and Auburn commit Reed Lotter took low honors, shooting 73 out of 67 golfers. Also hitting the 70s was runner-up Lawson Sutter from Metter High School with a 76, Braden Schnaible from the Veritas School with 77, and Nolan Hawkins from Hilton Head with a 78. The low scorer for the girls was Veritas's Madi Saxton with a 90. 

Due to bad weather, the 2022 City of Savannah High School Annual Golf Championship at Bacon Park Golf Course was postponed yesterday, April 5, 2022. The defending champions are  Benedictine and St. Vincent's Academy teams, as they won the boys and girls team titles in 2021. The rain date will be announced soon.
