Are you ready for some football?
Well, we got plenty of it tonight.
High school football scrimmages opened up last week, and after three local games Thursday night, we have a full schedule tonight around the Savannah area and even a couple across the river in South Carolina.
One game has a little more meaning at St. Andrew's.
The Lions were road warriors last season, playing every game away from home while their new field was being completed. Tonight, they finally get to stay home.
St. Andrew's will play on its new turf for the first time when the Lions host Pinewood Christian at 7:30 p.m.
So, if you're looking for some football tonight, you have plenty of choices.
Just a heads-up before you leave the house: Check with your school to make sure the kickoff time hasn't changed and whether there is an admission charge. Some schools may charge for a scrimmage, and some may not.

Benedictine at Summerville (S.C.) — 6:30 p.m.
Islands at Bethesda Academy — 7:30 p.m.
Calvary Day at Ashley Ridge (S.C.) — 6 p.m.
Liberty County at Groves — (Groves Stadium) 7:30 p.m.
Windsor Forest at Savannah High - (Savannah High Stadium) 7:30 p.m.
Johnson at Southeast Bulloch — 7:30 p.m.
Richmond Hill vs. Glynn Academy and Pierce County — 7 p.m.
Savannah Christian vs. Bluffton at Pooler Stadium — 7:30 p.m.
Statesboro at South Effingham — 7:30 p.m.
Pinewood Christian at St. Andrew's — 7:30 p.m.
It's August. It's Friday night. And high school football is back under the lights.
