GHSA Class 4A Region 3 Soccer All-Region Teams Announced: IHS Narvaez and Gentner Named MVP

The Georgia High School Association Class 4A Region 3 Coaches All-region soccer teams were released on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Islands High School recently won its respective region championships in soccer, both for boys and girls. 

 

The GHSA Class 4A Region 3 Coaches Boys and Girls All-Region selections represent all region schools and are listed below.

 

Evan Narvaez of Islands High School (IHS) was recognized as the Most Valuable Player for the boys' team, while IHS Olivia Gentner earned the award for the girls' team. IHS Ryan Winters displayed his skills for the boys, securing the Offensive Player of the Year title, while IHS Holly Kachmar achieved the honor for the girls.

 

Andrew Kuyoth from Benedictine and Ava King from Southeast Bulloch were key players on defense and were named Defensive Players of the Year for boys and girls, respectively. Ben Weisel from Benedictine and Sydni Polite from IHS excelled as Goalies of the Year for boys and girls.

 

Cody Tyre from Wayne County was recognized as the Coach of the Year for boys, and David Miller from IHS received this honor for girls.
