Hurricane Ian started tackling high school football games already

Hurricane Ian started tackling high school football games in the  Savannah area on Monday when several high school football games were being moved from the original day's schedule back in March.  

Savannah Christian and Long County, a  Region 3-3A game and the only game that was scheduled for Thursday, has been moved to Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Pooler Stadium. 

Savannah Country Day announced on Twitter its Region 3-3A game against Beach would be moved from Friday to Wednesday at SCD. The game will start at 7 p.m. 

The game between the Islands at Southeast Bulloch has been moved from Friday to Wednesday at 7 p.m. 

Also, Windsor Forest is on the road at Tattnall County, and the game is moved from Friday to Wednesday at 7 p.m. 

The game between Bryan County and Montgomery County has also been moved from Friday to Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

St. Andrew's in a big SCISA region game at Robert Toombs Christian Academy is rescheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in Lyons, GA.

All other Friday games, as of this post, are still on. As soon as changes are announced, the Prep Sports Report will update the schedule.
