Pooler's Caden Hartley, a Class of 2026 graduate of Savannah Country Day School, posted a score of 1-over par 72 and is T3 after one round of the Southeastern Junior Golf Tour's Sea Palms Junior Classic being play June 1-2 at The Club at Sea Palms on St. Simon's Island, Ga.
Hartley, who won the 2026 Savannah City High School Golf Championship played at Bacon Park Golf Course in April, was 3-under par after nine holes in his first round at Sea Palms but stumbled on the second nine with two bogeys and a double bogey. He will start the round only one stroke behind co-leaders Sam Rogers from Augusta, Ga., and Harper Staggs from St. Simon's Island, Ga.
