Registration opens January 17 for Savannah Junior Golf Association tournaments

The First Tee of Savannah will open registration for 2025 Savannah Junior Golf Association tournament series on January 17 at 7 am.

This is the second year that First Tee Savannah will manage the Savannah Junior Golf Assocation tournament series, and this year's tournament series will be called the The Tim O'Neal Perseverance Cup. 

Each of the tournaments will be 36 holes and open to junior golfers ages 10-18, and the registration cost for each tournament is $125.  The season's first tournament will be played May 27-28 at Richmond Hill Golf Club, followed by a tournament at the Savannah Golf Club June 2-3, a tournament at the Deer Creek Course at the Landings Club June 22-23 and culminating with the season's final tournament at Crosswinds Golf Club July 21-22.

The goal of the tournament series is to provde organized, high-quality events on  quality courses that enable participants to compete at a high level and grow their games. Participants can use these events to build their golf resumes, and some of the events will also have AJGA and Junior Golf Scoreboard points attached to them.
