Results from the Spring 2022 US Kids Golf Tour Championship!

The US Kids Golf Savannah Tour completed its Spring 2022 season at the Tour Championship played on May 15 at Richmond Hill Golf Club.  

The results of the Tour Championship determined the season points winners for every age division.

In the Boys 6-Under age group, Richmond Hill’s Palmer Woods posted a 3-over 39 to win the Tour Championship and won the points championship with four wins in seven events .

In Boys 7, Savannah’s Rivers Hood posted a score of even par 36 to win the Tour Championship by a stroke over Statesboro's Brantley Lott, and the win was enough to carry Hood to the points championship for the season with three wins and no finish worse than runner up.

In Boys 8, Bluffton’s JJ Johnson carded a 4-over par 40 to win the Tour Championship and won the points championship by winning all seven events on the schedule.

In the Boys 9 age group, Silas Knight from Dublin, Ga., won the Tour Championship with a 5-over par 41 but Bluffton's Eli Brant won the points championship with four wins in seven events.

In the Boys 10 age group, Levi Henson from Pooler, Ga., won the Tour Championship with an 8-over 44, but Eli Foxworth from Pembroke, Ga., won won three of seven events to win the points championship.

In Boys 11, Bryson Lott from Statesboro, Ga., carded a 5-over par 77 in the Tour Championship to win and the win earned enough points to win the points race for the age group with his third victory.

In Boys 12, Savannah’s Kohki Maeda posted a 2-over par 74 to win the Tour Championship, and he earned the points championship by winning four of the five events he entered.

In the Boys 13-14 age group, Savannah's Chad Chadwell continued a hot streak with a 1-over par 73 to win the Tour Championship, and the win propelled him to a season points victory as well.

In the Boys 15-18 age group, Rcihard Braddy from Swainsboro, Ga., won the Tour Championship but the points championship went to Raven Woodward from Jesup, Ga.

In the Girls 8-under group, Georgia McDonald from Richmond Hill won the Tour Championship with a score of 8-over 44, and she won the points race by winning all five events she entered.

In the Girls 9-10 age group, Emma Wood from Darien, Ga., won the Tour Championship, and she won the overall points title by winning all six events she entered during the season.

In the Girls 11-12 age group, Ella Kate Woods from Richmond Hill, whose younger brother won the Boys 6 age group, posted an incredible score of 2-over par 74 to win the Tour Championship, and her second win of the season earned enough points to win the points title as well.

In the Girls 13-14 age division, Alexa Mohler from Richmond Hill carded a 3-over par 75 to win the points championship and the points title for the age group with her sixth victory in seven events.

In the Girls 15-18 age group, Jackie Friebert from Mt. Pleasant, S.C., won the Tour Championship with a score of 7-over 43 (shortened to nine holes by inclement weather), and she was the overall points winner for the spring season.
