Results from the US Kids Golf Savannah 2021 Spring Tour Championship

The US Kids Golf Savannah Tour completed its spring 2021 season with low scoring at the Tour Championship in nearly every age division on May 16 at the Club at Savannah Harbor. 

The results of the Tour Championship determined the season points winners for every age division.

In the Boys 6 age group, Stateboro's Brantley Lott carded a 2-under par 34 to win the tour championship and took home the season points title after winning all seven events during the spring season. Lott posted scores under par in four of the six events.

In Boys 7, Bluffton's JJ Johnson earned the Tour Championship win with an Even par 36 but overall points championship for the season was captured by Jack Schlieman from Hilton Head Island, who won four of the seven events and finished second in the other two events.

In Boys 8, Ryon Munns from Lady's Island, S.C., won the Tour Championship but it wasn't enough to catch David Herndon from Moultrie, Ga., for the season points championship. Herndon won five of the seven events during the spring with a low score of Even par 36 at Hilton Head Lakes Golf Club.

In the Boys 9 age group, Paul Morrell from Bluffton tuned in an incredible round of 1-under 35 to win the Tour Championship and win the season points championhsi. It was his lowest score of the season, and Morrell won the last two events of the season to edge out Lucas Spivey from Douglas, Ga.

In the Boys 10 age group, Byson Lott carded a 2-over par 38 to win for the sixth time in seven events during the spring season. Lott posted scores of 38 or better four times in seven events.

In Boys 11, Braceton Beasley from Glenwood, Ga., turned in a round of Even par 72 to win the Tour Championship and take home the season points title. After five consecutive runner up finishes to start the season, Beasely won the last two events to overtake season points runner up Will Tribble from Dublin, Ga.

The Boys 12 division produced the most impressive round of the Tour Championship as Savannah's Chad Chadwell posted a 2-under par 70 to claim his fourth victory of the season. Chadwell carded four birdies during the Tour Championship to shoot his lowest score of the spring season.

In the Boys 13-14 age group, Savannah's Hunter Goldstein posted his lowest score of the spring season with a 2-over par 74 for his third win of the season. The victory earned enough points for the overall season points championship for Goldstein, who edged out runner up Jamen Sanders from Goose Creek, S.C.

In the Boys 15-18 age group, Savannah Cohen Heidt claimed his first win of the spring wiht a 13-over par 85 and the win was good enogh to capture the season points championship for the age group.

In the Girls 8-under group, Victoria Grant from Richmond Hill continued her successful spring season with an 11-over 47 to win the Tour Championhsip. It was her fourth win of the season and earned enough points to claim the season points title.

In the Girls 9-10 age group, Madison Woodrum from Statesboro, Ga., put up a 5-over par 41 to edge out Richmond Hill's Ella Kate Woods for the Tour Championship and the overall points championship for the age group. Woodrum won four times during the season while Woods claimed two victories.

In the Girls 11-12 ge group, Savannah's Maya Lilja stole a one stroke victory in the Tour Championship with an 11-over par 83 over runner up Alexa Mohler from Richmond Hill. Lilja won four of the seven events during the spring season.

In the Girls 13-14 age division, Alice Li from Augusta, Ga., posted a 22-over par 94 to win the Tour Championship and the season points champioship. It was her lowest score of the season as she captured her second victory in five events.

Although there were no entries in the Tour Championship for the Girls 15-18 age group, Gracie Lively from Collins, Ga., won the season points championship thanks to a victory in February at Forrest Heights Country Club with a 13-over par 85.
