Savannah Country Day's Sorge signs with St. Francis University

Savannah Country Day School's Bryn Sorge signed a national letter of intent to play college golf at St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania at a signing cermony at the school on January 3.

Sorge has been a consistent contender as a high school and junior golfer, finishing sixth at the Georgia High School Association Class AAA state tournament as a junior in 2023 and being recognized as an All State performer. She also finished fourth at the Savannah City Girls Championsip played at Bacon Park Golf Course in 2023 and was third in the Area 2-AAA region tournament.

In 2023, Sorge also competed in six events on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, winning the Girls 14-18 division at both the Saint Simons Island Junior Open in July and the Lowcountry Fall Junior Open in September.
