St. Vincent’s Academy Volleyball recently celebrated two seniors reaching major milestones.

On October 3, Senior Libero Sophie Chu-Dy notched her 750th career dig, continuing the energy and leadership that define her four years with the Saints’ defense. A returning All-Greater Savannah first-team pick, Sophie tallied over 300 digs, 400 serve receptions, and 60 aces last season. She remains one of Savannah’s top players to watch in 2025.

A week earlier, on Senior Night, September 23, Senior Right-Side Hitter and Setter Kaylyn Gill reached her 750th career assist, highlighting her ability to set up scoring opportunities and maintain team composure. Also a 2024 All-Greater Savannah first-team pick, Gill recorded 383 assists and 231 kills last season while leading the Saints to the state quarterfinals. Her versatility and leadership directly contribute to the Saints’ strong performances.
