What Makes Richmond Hill High School's Talia Johnson Donatos of Savannah Volleyball Player of the Week?

Richmond Hill High School's star volleyball player, Talia Johnson, is killing it so far with 121 total kills this season in 11 games. Talia, an 11th-grade outside hitter, recently committed to Coastal Carolina University and has been chosen for the esteemed AVCA Phenom Watch List. Because of her accomplishments, she has been named this week's Donatos volleyball player of the week! Richmond Hill High School Coach Kaitlin Bean stated, "Talia has worked tirelessly to be the best athlete and teammate she can be. She puts in the work at practice and gets the outcome in matches. We're so proud of Talia for achieving her goal of committing and playing in college. She has started the 2024 season off strong as she leads our team in kills and hitting percentage. We're very excited to see what she will accomplish this year!"
