Benedictine Military School junior Bear Dollander carded a score of 6-under par 65 to earn co-medalist honors at North Oconee's Athens Classic played March 7 at the University of Georgia Golf Course in Athens, Ga.
Dollander posted a score of 4-under par 32 on his second nine to tie North Oconee High School junior Cole Rosich for medalist honors. Benedictine senior Chad Chadwell also finished under par with a 1 under par 70 that was good enough for a T6 finish.
The Benedictine team finished in fourth place with senior Hamp Threlkeld contributing a 7-over par 78 and junior Jack Weeks posting a 6-over par 77. Benedictine will be back in action March 10 at the Gregg Wolff Tiger Invitational in Metter, Ga., and then March 13-14 at the GA/SC Cup being played at Cateechee Golf Club in Hartwell, Ga.
