Hartley wins GSGA Junior Tour event in Statesboro

Pooler's Caden Hartley, a junior at Savannah Country Day School, posted a score of 2-over par 74 to win a Georgia State Golf Association Junior Golf Tour 18-hole event played July 9 at the Georgia Southern University Golf Course in Statesboro, Ga.

Prior to winning in Statesboro, Hartley finished T7 at the Atlanta Junior Classic, a GSGA Junior Tour Premier Players Series event played July 1-2 at Monroe Golf & Country Club in Monroe, Ga. In Statesboro, Hartley carded four birdies and an eagle en route to his winning score.
