Every sport is beginning to look at how to build Mental Toughness and make sure their athletes are resilient. Commentators mention it much more than just a few years ago no matter what you are watching. Well, I’m here to answer the BIG questions when it comes to mental toughness and resilience and what impact mental training truly has on your athlete’s performance.  Let’s go on the Journey together!!!

The Whole World Matters?

For matters of changing your mindset you must be aware that the World does matter!  If your mindset is fixed then you will struggle with seeing yourself as unchangeable.  Life is about discovering yourself and searching where you fit into the world.  When change and growth are very limited we see ourselves not “cut out for” some areas of our life. This impacts how we go about being great and achieving the goals that we have set for ourselves to conquer.

Journey Forward?

If you’ve identified that your mindset is stuck on what the world thinks of you then we need to Journey Forward!  Next steps will include the following:

·Know life does not limit your choices

·Know your basic characteristics are changeable

·Visualize success

·Decide what you want to be and create the abilities to reach new goals

Solve The Mental Mystery

For decades, the mystery of peak performance was unsolved. Coaches, athletes, trainers wanted to know…

  • Why do some athletes reach their potential and others don’t?
  • Why do some athletes crave challenges and others shy away?
  • Why do some athletes crumble under pressure while others thrive?
  • Why do some athletes bounce back from failure and others implode?
