BC sophomore Nixon medals in Metter

Benedictine Military School sophmore Finn Nixon posted a score of 1-under par 70 to earn individual medalist honors at the Gregg Wolff Invitational played March 10 at Willow Creek Golf Course in Metter, Ga. 

Richmond Hil High School's team won the event behind strong performances from seniors Patrick Mahaffey, Ledger Conley and Matthew Reynolds. Mahaffey carded a score of even par 72, Reynolds finished with 2-over 74 and Conley ended with 3-over 75. The BC team was second with scores of 3-over 75 from freshman Carson Hayes and 4-over 76 from junior Will Doyle to go along with Nixon's score of 70.
