Savannah, Ga. – The wait is almost over, Week 1 matchups are set, and your team capsules drop tomorrow. Fall football practice for Savannah area schools has wrapped up. Most scrimmages are finished, with only one remaining for Bethesda against Windsor Forest this week. The majority of Coastal Empire teams will take the field under the Friday Night Lights on August 15, while Calvary faces Beach High School in an opening region game at Georgia Southern University in a Korky Kell matchup on Saturday, August 16.
