Baseball season in the Savannah area is starting to take shape, and you can feel the intensity picking up across the Coastal Empire. With region play underway, local teams are battling for position, building momentum, and trying to prove they belong in the playoff conversation. From traditional powers to rising programs, the race is on — and every game now matters a little more.

Right now, Benedictine is leading the charge as the only Savannah-area team ranked by Prep Baseball in Class 4A at #5, and the Cadets are backing it up on the field with a 17-game winning streak while sitting on top of their region. At the same time, Calvary Day and St. Andrew’s are setting the pace in their respective regions, giving the Savannah area multiple teams with strong playoff positioning as the season moves forward. Below are the standings as of Week 7.
