Savannah's Maeda finishes T2 at AJGA event in North Carolina

Savannah's Kohki Maeda, an 8th grader at Savannah Country Day School, finished T2 at the American Junior Golf Association's TaylorMade Preview at Anderson Creek presented by Visit Harnett played in March at Anderson Creek Golf Club in Spring Lake, N.C.

Maeda, who is ranked the No. 4 junior golfer in Georgia for the Class of 2028 by Junior Golf Scoreboard, carded scores of 75-75 to finish 6-over par and tied with Poli Medrano from Greensboro, Ga., Ty Donnelly from Waxhaw, N.C., and Hughes McCarthy from Fayetteville, N.C.
