SCPS Livingston’s Bat Blazes the John Carr Seaport Real Estate Softball Player of the Week

This week's John Carr Seaport Real Estate Softball Player of the Week award winner is Peyton Livingston from Savannah Christian Preparatory School (SCPS). Peyton received recognition for her impressive performances in SCPS softball games for the week of September 16 -21.

Savannah Christian Preparatory School – Fast Pitch Softball

Last week, Payton, a senior outfielder/pitcher for the Raiders, had an outstanding two games at the plate against Toombs County and Richmond Hill. Livingston's offensive stats for the week included a .667 batting average with four hits out of 6 at-bats, including a double, and three runs batted in.

On the season, Payton is 65 for 83, with a .400 average, .512 On-Base Percentage (OBP), six doubles, a triple, 17 RBI, and 17 stolen bases. On the mound for the Raiders, she has a 2-0 record, one save, and an ERA of 2.65.

"Payton had a great week at the plate. She has done a tremendous job for us all year at the top of our lineup and in the outfield. I'm expecting her to play a big part in our playoff run over the next few weeks." – SCPS Head Softball Coach Matt Oglesby.
