After last season, St. Andrew's School athletics will try and repeat yesterday's ceremony, getting another ring.
During the 2021–2022 athletic year, the Lions roared with girls swimming crowns in addition to a boys' basketball state championship. In front of the entire school on Thursday, pre-k to 12th grade, the season's champions received state championship rings in a ceremony that began early in the morning.
The boy's basketball team won 14 straight games in a row, including a 49-47 triumph against John Milledge Academy in the GISA state final.

Although this is the boy's basketball team's fourth state title, St. Andrew's as a school has won state championships before. What is remarkable is this is the school's 21st overall victory in all sports since it opened its doors in 1981.
