BC golf finishes third at Camden Classic

The Benedictine Military School golf team finished third at the Camden Classic played February 15 at Osprey Cove Golf Club in St. Mary’s.
 
The Cadets finished with a score of 3-over par 291, led by sophomore Jack Weeks with a 1-under par 71 that included 7 birdies. The other counting scores for BC were junior Heath Kulp with even par 72, junior Chad Chadwell with a 2-over par 74 and junior Hamp Threlkeld with a 2-over par 74. Other scores for BC included sophomore Bear Dollander with a 4-over par 76 and senior Colby Brennan with a 6-over 78.
 
In the individual competition, Richmond Hill High School junior Ledger Conley carded an impressive score of 5-under par 67 to finish third, and junior Patrick Mahaffey finished at 1-under par 71 to finish in the top 10.
