BC golf starts season with 4th place finish

The Benedictine golf team started the season off in strong fashion with a 4th place finish out of 15 teams at the Camden Classic played at Osprey Cove Golf Club in St. Mary's, Georgia.

Junior Haddon Watson paced the Cadets with a 3-over par 75, and the varsity team finished with a total score of 305, only three shots out of second place. Also contributing scores for the BC varsity were Nick Scarano and Whit Watson with scores of 76, Clay Massey with 78 and Michael Slatinsky with a 79. 

The varsity team will play next at the at the Johnny Paulk Invitatioinal next weekend at Jekyll Island Golf Club.
