Benedictine Military School freshman AJ Rahal was mentioned as a player to watch from the Class of 2027 by 247Sports.com reporter Andrew ivins following the National Preps Combine at the Pro Bowl Games in Windermere, Fla., in February.

More than 250 high school football recruits recruits from 27 different states got together for a multi-day event that featured testing, positional drills and 1-on-1s.

Ivins wrote:

"2027 quarterback AJ Rahal appears to be the next arm up at Savannah (Ga.) Benedictine, which is notable because the school has produced back-to-back Elite 11 finalists in Holden Geriner and Luke Kromenhoek. The lefty has a smooth stroke."
