The club recognized 24 outstanding high school football players during the 2020 season. The list is posted below.
At the end of each season, the Savannah Quarterback club meets for its annual end of the season bowl party. The club brings in a big-time speaker with football experience and knowledge. At this end of the season party, the club recognizes the Savannah Chatham County team of the year, and the offensive and defensive players of the year from the past season weekly winners. Futhermore, two $10,000 scholarships to two exceptional student athletes nominated by their respective schools are announced. A committee chooses the awards from the club. The party did not happen due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. So, the club went to the schools of the winners to pass out the trophies and scholarship checks. Here are the Savannah Quarterback Club 2020 winners.
