Savannah's Weeks finishes T11 at AJGA event on Sea Island

Following a final round of 1-under par 71 in the final round, Savannah's Jack Weeks, a junior at Benedictine Military School, posted a score of 1-under par for 54 holes at the American Junior Golf Association's Mizuno Junior Classic played at the Sea Island Resort Retreat Course June 24-26.  

Weeks, who was the low medalist in a qualfier on June 23 to gain entry into the event, played his last nine holes in 2-under par to earn a T11 finish in the 51-player field of elite junior golfers from around the country and the world. He posted scores of 70-74-71 to finish tied with Tristan Li from China, Maxwell Morgan from Jacksonville Beach, Fla., and Griffin Latimer from Canton, Ga.
