The St. Vincent's Academy Saints swim team made a bigger splash this year and placed one better than last year. The Saints finished third in the 2022 Georgia High School Association Class A-AAA state championship swim meet and finished as 2023 GHSA Class 1-3A runner-up this year. The swim meet was at the McAuley Aquatic Center on the Georgia Tech campus in Atlanta, Georgia on February 4, 2023.

SVA was led by the 200 Yard Medley and Freestyle Relay Teams, which took home two first-place finishes. The Saints had six swimmers in the top ten finishers in nine events. The relay teams included Ella Nelson (10th grade), Avery Nelson (11th grade), Camryn Baraniak (11th grade), and Lily  Gayle Helton (10th grade). According to Athletic Director Nichol St. Louis, the 200 Yard medley team broke the SVA school record by two seconds.
