Tennis Anyone? 17 Savannah area schools hit the tennis courts this week in state playoffs

17 Savannah area schools hit the tennis courts this week in the Georgia High School State Association 2023 tennis championships. Six out of the seventeen teams will host first-round matches. 

 

The Habersham School will host the Georgia Association of Private & Parochial Schools Division 1Region 2 championships at Bacon Park on Tuesday. The Georgia Independent Athletic Association will hold its championships on April 25, 20233, at the John Drew Tennis Center in Macon, Georgia. 

 

Below is the GHSA 1st round state tennis playoffs schedule, which starts today and must be completed by Thursday, April 20, 2023, according to the GHSA.net website.

Whitewater at Islands High School 2 p.m. @ Bacon Park
