Alex Brown, a former standout softball player/athlete from South Effingham High School who graduated in 2021, is making news again heading into her senior year at Clemson University. Last season, after transferring from North Carolina, she set a school record with 186 at-bats, hitting .328 with 61 hits, including five doubles, four triples, and four home runs.
