Where are they Now? Former South Effingham's Brown Among Top 10 College Softball Utility/DP Players

Alex Brown, a former standout softball player/athlete from South Effingham High School who graduated in 2021, is making news again heading into her senior year at Clemson University. Recognized for her versatility, Alex plays several infield positions and is a big part of the Tigers' softball team, as highlighted in the article from Clemsonsportsmedia.com.

Last season, after transferring from North Carolina, she set a school record with 186 at-bats, hitting .328 with 61 hits, including five doubles, four triples, and four home runs.
